Basic Conduct
Over all most conduct should be common sense. We strive to get adults, or mature players only. So that being said, being friendly and considerate of other clan members is a must. We expect common manners, gratitude, and teamwork from each person while keeping swearing to a minimum. We do not tolerate drama of any kind.
Donations
As a seasoned player, we expect a good ratio 1:1-1:2. No troop leeches. During Farm seasons archers are the default troop for donations. Donate what is requested. If you do not have the troop requested, ask before donating. Many times there are some that request for Wizards or Dragons specifically. If no one has them to donate, they may choose to alter their request later so do not feel obligated to go out of your way to make a specifically requested troop. Newer players with lower TH have a little more leeway on donations since many people ask for lvl 5 and up. Their ratio is overlooked, although they are encouraged to donate to open requests. Many of us will accept any level of barbs or archers during farm seasons. This is to help lower level players with donations. During farm seasons it is discouraged to ask for lvl 5 or lvl 6 troops only when you have lvl 4 troops and under yourself. War troop requests should be for maximum level war troops only. Please be specific on your troop requests when getting ready for a war attack.
Recruiting or Accepting New Members
Requests to join have been rejected by default in the past simply because of my lack of giving info on what is expected of new members. New members must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted.
- Town not rushed (Appropriate defenses)
- Troop upgrades must coincide with Town Hall (No TH9's with level 4 giants and archers)
- Friend in need donations must be acceptable (No TH10's with only one star on Friend in Need challenge) they will plainly have a negative impact on the clan.
- Adult or mature players only.
- Check war troop upgrades and war challenges as a reference to how they will be in clan wars.
Elder
As an Elder you are expected to be an active member of the clan with donations and clan chat. You are allowed to kick new members that are extremely vulgar or disruptive, recruit and accept new members under our recruiting guidelines. Donation ratio must not be extremely lopsided unless you are a lower level player. Note that we do not usually worry too much about donation ratio unless we feel a member is abusing their privileges for donation requests. We expect full cooperation under our Clan War Rules.
Co-Leader
As a Co-Leader you are expected to have a good donation ratio, extremely willing to help others, encouraging, follow our rules to the letter, and show strong leadership. I do not take promotions to Co-Leader lightly. If you are a Co-Leader, that means you have my full trust. If any one fails to meet the expectations above, they will be stripped of their status of Co-Leader. I need our Co's to be 100% dependable.
