Good Trophy Base Designs for Clash of Clans

I have been recently bombarded with an onslaught of requests for good base designs of various town hall levels for Clash of Clans.  So here are a few of my personal favorites.

TH 5
Town Hall 5 Trophy Base

This town hall 5 will give you some very good defense trophies. Notice 1/2 of the storage is sitting on the outside of the base walls.  You might want to remember to keep your highest level storage on the inside, and always keep your clan castle filled with defenders.

TH 6
Town Hall 6 Trophy Base

This town hall 6 is basically an expansion of the the previous TH 5. Notice with this set up, you can keep your upgrading weapon of choice outside the base while the remaining strong defense can continue to protect that which matters most.  Also notice how the air bombs are set near the air defense.  Most giant/healer attackers will first take out the air defense before deploying their healer, in which case is almost always where they deployed the giants. You may also want to switch out gold and elixir storage, depending on what you are saving for upgrades.

TH 7
Town Hall 7 Trophy Base

This base design makes me want to go "RAAAWR"!  Gold and elixir storage is spread out, and the defense is stacked.  For a solid TH 7, this is a very good design to go off of. Plus the design is absolutely beast.

TH 8
Town Hall 8 Farming Base

By the time you get upgraded to a town hall 8, protecting your resources become a primary concern.  This base design is all about protecting resources. Notice how not only the storage is spread out, but so are the pumps and mines.  Half of which is located inside the base.  This style of base defends extremely well against oncoming archer pirates out to steal your valuable treasures.

TH 9
Town Hall 9 Trophy Base
This is my current base set up.  This design is compact and packs a punch.  It is not uncommon for me to gain up to 100 trophies before given a shield.  This base is best used under Master3, but comes at a price. Outer rim storages will be a primary target for Barch and Giant/Healer raids, so plan on losing a bit of loot with this base.  But it is a great layout for starting a push.

Guidelines for TheEyez community members

Elder

Elder expectations are as follows:  Actively participating in clan chat.  Donations should be at least a 1:2 donation ratio.  If an elder is continually falling under the required ratio, they may be subject to demotion by the authorized "Executioner".

Co-Leader

Co-Leader expectations are as follows:  Actively participating in the clan chat.  Donations should be at least 1:1 donation ratio.  Outstanding leadership, willing to help others, and very dependable.  Each co - leader may be  given certain responsibilities, such as recruiting, demoting, promoting, kicking, etc. Promoting others to co-leader is not allowed unless authorized by the clan leader first.  If a co-leader fails to keep these standards, they may be subject to demotion, and or kicked from the clans depending on the severity of the offense.

Clan Leader

Clan Leader expectations are as follows:  Donations and responsibilities will be the same as co-leader.  Extremely loyal to the clans, and very dependable.  They must be willing to work with other Leaders and co- leaders throughout the community for solving problems, and clan building, or rebuilding. All leaders must have some form of communication with the leadership outside of the game itself. for instance kik, or some other form of messaging.  This is required because emergencies can and will happen, and the leader will then be able to reach the rest of the leadership for help.  Each leader can elect a co certain responsibilities for keeping the clan maintained. As a general rule, we normally use an "Executioner", "Promoter", and "Recruiter".  These responsibilities will be given according to the co - leaders natural abilities as a co. Any other co positions may be for mentoring and guidance of clan members.

Executioner

After each war, the Executioner may demote any that have only attacked once, or have fallen under the donation ratio, and kick those that didn't attack at all.  There can be exceptions for members that have given notice for not being able to attack in the upcoming war.  It is up to each leader to determine any other exceptions for certain members that did not attack. If the Executioner kicks a member completely, he/she needs to add the message "Please go to our sanctuary clan TheEyezAsylum while inactive"

Promoter

Depending on the will of each clan leader, the promoter can promote any time, or only after wars.  Promotions for elder will fall under the Elder requirements of activity and donations.  If a member seems irrational, or a potential problem, the promoter may elect not to promote that individual to keep the integrity of the clan.

Recruiter

Recruiters are very important considering after each war there will be a reduction of members. The recruiter needs to fill the clan with new members.  Recruiting tactics must be for finding friendly, active, and mature members.

Build Team

Certain leaders, co-leaders, or possibly elders may be called upon to help build a new clan, or rebuild an existing one.  Those that are involved with the build team are among some of the most trusted and dependable members of the community. Expectations are for recruiting, donating, and instilling TheEyez integrity and values with new members.
